At Empower Lashes, we want to provide our customers the satisfaction of shopping with us, one that will return to our store overtime.

We ship our orders next business day with Australia Post (EST)

We offer full tracking orders for all orders.

 

PLEASE NOTE: After your order has been shipped, we are not responsible or liable if your order has been damaged, lost or stolen. We are not responsible for mis-delivery via carrier or if you have provided us with the wrong address.

Disrupted packaging of the product upon arrival to the customer is not the fault of Empower Lashes but the fault of the shipping carriers/transit period, therefore no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

 

Local Delivery Drop Off

Local delivery drop off is only for Cairns locals.

We drop off same day if ordered before 12:00PM and next day if ordered after 12:00PM (AEST)

 

Australia/Domestic orders

Standard/Express shipping

Standard shipping may take up from 2-7 business days to arrive to its destination. For rural areas, this may take somewhat longer.

Express Shipping may take up to 1-2 business days to arrive at its destination. For rural areas, this may take somewhat longer.

 

Rest of the world

Shipping internationally can take up to 2-3 weeks.

 

Returns: It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels. 

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
