Refund & Exchange Policy 
This refund, return and exchange policy applies to all purchases and booking appointments for Empower Lashes, unless stated otherwise. 
At Empower Lashes, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Due to the quality and sanitation of our products and services, We do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

All in store sales are final. All product orders are non-refundable if opened. 

However, if you book an appointment with us and have an unsatisfactory experience or have any post appointment issues (Lashes falling out too quickly, unsatisfied with brows etc.) we will give you a complimentary fix up within 24-48 hours. 
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges to any items or products purchased that are:
- Sale
- Clearance
- Limited Edition / Exclusive
- PR BOX / Collaborations
- Giveaway 
- Appointments 
PLEASE NOTE: Not all lashes will look identical due to being handmade.

Returns: It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels. 

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
